What do sessions with Coco actually look like?
No couches of clichés. No endless “So, how does that make you feel?” loops.
We sit down , and we get curious, precise, and practical about what the ISH is going on in your system.
Every session is tailored, but most of the work falls into two styles:
1. Targeted Sessions: We Go Straight at the Loop
These are for you if you’re thinking:
“I know exactly what’s bothering me. I’m just not changing it.”
We treat it like a mission, not a mystery.
Together, we:

Identify the script that’s running (a belief, a reflex, a survival pattern)

Shift the conditions that feed it (habits, environment, dynamics, nervous system state)

Habituate one small new behavior between sessions
You leave each session with:

1–2 concrete things to notice

1 tailored micro‑shift to test in real life

a sense that we moved something, not just “talked about it”
This is therapy for people who are done looping and ready for applied change.
2. Week‑to‑Week Processing: We Track the Pattern
These sessions are for when life feels like:
“So many things are happening at once, I don’t even know where to start.”
Here, you bring in:

whatever felt big, heavy, confusing, or emotionally charged that week

relationship dynamics, triggers, big emotions, old stuff that got activated
Together, we:

slow it down and decode your reactions

spot the repeating patterns over time

highlight where your system is trying to keep you safe

build self‑awareness that actually leads to different choices, not just insight
Think of this as regular maintenance for your inner world, less crisis, more continuity.
Your First Consultation: What Actually Happens
Your first consultation is simple and human. I offer a complimentary 10‑minute introductory call.
In this brief conversation, we will:

Get acquainted : You share a bit about what’s going on.

Explore alignment: I’ll share how I’d approach your situation.

Decide together: We see if working together feels right for you, and for me.
If it feels aligned, and you’re ready to see what the ISH is going on, I’d love to meet you.
We book your first full session ( 55 min @ 88$ ) and start designing your shift.
You don’t need the perfect story or the perfect words.
You just need a sense that you’re done doing this alone.
After the Consultation: What You Leave With
After that initial conversation, one of two things happens:
We decide we’re a match.
You become my client, we set up your first session, and we start building a structure around your emotional life.
We decide we’re not.
You still leave with a clearer view of what’s going on, and what you might need next. No weirdness.
If we do move forward together, I ask you to bring:

curiosity about your own patterns

openness to trying small, strategic shifts between sessions
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about consistency and honest work.
How We Work Logistically
To keep things clear and respectful:

Once we pick a date and time, you confirm 48 hours before by sending the consultation fee via e‑transfer. Without this, the spot is released.

When you rebook at the end of a session, I send you within 24 hours:
