I prioritize 1:1 in my little office on the Plateau because the most important part of change is often this:

you leave your routine.

My practice is concentrated on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, 9 to 5. I prioritize the front-end of the week because your transformation deserves your sharpest focus, not the mental fatigue of a week already gone by.
You step out of your usual environment, the one that keeps you in the same loops, and your system gets the message:

“Right now, I’m taking care of myself.”

That small transition (getting dressed, walking/metro’ing over, arriving) is not “extra.”
It’s already the beginning of the work.

Why In‑Person Works (So Well)

On screen, we get words.

In co‑presence, I get data:

  • breath

  • posture

  • pace

  • tone

  • silence

  • micro‑expressions

  • what your body does when your mouth says “I’m fine”

That’s how I can be more precise; without pushing, without forcing, without fluff.

And because we remove the digital load (lag, interruptions, Zoom fatigue), sessions become:

  • more embodied

  • more grounded

  • more effective

  • easier to integrate after

You don’t leave with “insight.”
You leave with something concrete that fits you and survives real life.
