I prioritize 1:1 in‑person sessions in my little office on the Plateau because, for me, what's "real" happens through what's tangible. The simple act of coming here creates a transition: you step out of your routine, you leave the screen behind, you take a few minutes to get here. That moment, even if it's short, is a form of gentle commitment, a way of telling your system: right now, I'm taking care of myself. Often, you arrive already a bit more present, more available, in a different vibe.
In co‑presence, I can be much more precise. I pick up not only your words, but also what's happening around them: breath, posture, silences, tone, micro‑expressions. All of that helps me adjust the pace, choose the right tools, and create a space where you feel understood, without forcing. And because we remove the digital load (lag, interruptions, "Zoom fatigue"), the session becomes simpler, more embodied, more effective. You leave with something concrete, that fits you, and that holds up in real life.
