I’m Carina, aka Coco

I work at the intersection of mind, body, and environment. Where small shifts in one create ripples in all three. Not as metaphor, but as measurable change.

On Instagram, I share the poetry of that system. The stories, the questions, the moments that make you stop and think differently about your own life.

@cocothestylishtherapist

Your thoughts, your nervous system, your biology, your spaces… they’re all running scripts. Most people call it “personality.” I call it programming.

My job is simple:

Identify the script.
Shift the conditions.
Habituate the new default.

Not “talk about it forever.”
Not “think positive.”
Not “trust the universe and hope for the best.”

How I Think

I see humans like this:

  • Your brain is adaptable; it rewires with repetition.

  • Your biology regulates your mood, behaviors, and energy.

  • Your environment (people, spaces, habits) either keeps you stuck or sets you free.

Most therapy stops at awareness.
I’m interested in architecture.

We don’t just explore what you feel. We design how you function.

I’m a Holistic Mind–Body Well‑Being Therapist and Quantum Biology Practitioner, which is a fancy way of saying:

I study how your brain, your body, and your environment interfere with, or support, your peace.

My background includes:

  • Holistic Psychology (non‑PhD track)

  • THETA Healing Therapy (altered states of consciousness)

  • Neuro‑PsychoSomatic Studies (because yes, your issues really do get stored in your tissues)

  • Registered member of the Association of Naturotherapists of Quebec (ANQ)

  • Five published works and a lifetime of testing these ideas on myself first

I don’t separate “physical,” “mental,” “emotional,” and “spiritual”.  I treat them as one integrated operating system.

When that system is miswired, it shows up as:

  • tension in your body

  • loops in your thoughts

  • emotional overreactions

  • relationships that feel unsafe or unsatisfying

  • burnout disguised as “laziness”

  • “I know better, but I still don’t do better”

You’re not broken.
Your conditions are.
