Habituate one small new behavior.
But with students, we focus on:

nervous system regulation so you can actually focus

boundary-setting with friends, family, and yourself
-
clarity on what you actually want (not what you're supposed to want)
Sessions are practical, direct, and designed to fit your chaotic schedule.

Student Rate: $44 / 60 minutes
Because you're building your life on a student budget, I offer:
$44 per 55-minute session
(That's 50% off my regular rate.)
To qualify, you need:

valid student ID

a college or university email address (e.g., @mail.mcgill.ca, @concordia.ca, etc.)
