How I Work With Students

My approach with you is the same as with everyone:

Identify the loop you're stuck in.
Shift the conditions that feed it.
Habituate one small new behavior.

But with students, we focus on:

  • time management that doesn't feel like punishment

  • nervous system regulation so you can actually focus

  • boundary-setting with friends, family, and yourself

  • clarity on what you actually want (not what you're supposed to want)

Sessions are practical, direct, and designed to fit your chaotic schedule.

Student Rate: $44 / 60 minutes

Because you're building your life on a student budget, I offer:

$44 per 55-minute session

(That's 50% off my regular rate.)

To qualify, you need:

  • valid student ID

  • a college or university email address (e.g., @mail.mcgill.ca, @concordia.ca, etc.)

That's it. No judgment. No hoops.
